LumiNext (“LumiNext,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a marketing intelligence workspace for teams. This policy applies to the LumiNext website, application, and related services that link to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use LumiNext, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, organization, and authentication details provided when you sign in or request access.
• Connected service data: information you authorize us to access from connected services, such as Google Ads account and campaign performance data. We access only the scopes and accounts you select.
• Usage and device information: log data, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with our services.
• Communications: messages and support requests you send to us.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve LumiNext; authenticate users; display reporting and insights requested by you; respond to support requests; protect the security of our services; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Google API data

When you connect a Google Ads account, LumiNext uses Google API Services to retrieve the data required for the features you request. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google Ads data for advertising targeting outside of your LumiNext workspace, sell it, or transfer it to data brokers. We do not use it to determine a person’s creditworthiness, insurance eligibility, employment eligibility, or housing eligibility. You may revoke LumiNext’s access at any time through your Google Account security settings.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may share information with service providers that host, secure, analyze, or support our services, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may disconnect a Google account, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, or close your account. To make a request, contact privacy@luminext.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Children’s privacy

LumiNext is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
